KEMBALI DENGAN GAYA HIDUP SIHAT....

this entry is all about health..hr ni, ak juz nk share about diet yg seimbang that i've read in reader's digest for the last few weeks..:D

same here..haha..pe ak nmpk, ak sauk je..:D..kt sni, ak ad lists yg mne kite ptot lbihkn and ap yg kite ptot kurgkn dlm rutin seharian kite..


LEBIHKAN:


Green tea: minuman ni dpt mgurgkn kdr kolestrol lm bdn taw..


Epal dan kacang(sayuran) : mknn ni dpt mnmbhkn fibre lm bdn..korg da taw kn yg fibre ni baik utk bdn..klaw lack of fibre, korg yg sengsara nnti..:)..btw, fibre ni byk trkndung dlm veggies, fruits, beans and oats..so, make a right choice..


cuci tangan BERSIH-BERSIH: *pelan-pelan, t kuman xmati*.:P (dlm commercial break..)
sblom mkn, WAJIB bsuh tgn kan? xcept for those yg mkn gne sudu n fork..prt ni plg pnting taw n please make sure yg kuku korg tu x mcm kuku pontianak ok..klo kuku pnjg n even korg da basuh tgn sebersih bersihnye pon, sia2 je coz kuman stil mencengkam di kuku2 kalian...:) one more thing, sbun nk cuci tgn 2 be aware jgk ye..plh yg diyakini shj okay..




KURANGKAN:


White bread: kalian kne aware that white bread mgandungi cholestrol and lemak tepu..'bendasing' ni law da byk lm bdn, dye mybbkn kte lebih mudah mndpt pyakit ALZHEIMER(nyanyuk)..nk mkn bleh, tp jgn mkn byk2, t gmok..:)*xp, gmok comel xpe..hee


---act, byk lg kne krgkn tp 2 sume common and ni yg xtraordinary cket..ak ase byk org kurang peka sal white bread..so, pndai2 la ye..:))
